Shipping policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to ensure safe delivery. If you notice any errors, contact me as soon as possible to correct the address by Instagram dm or email akiocharms@gmail.com with your order number.

 Shipping Internationally

• Shipping Method: I ship all orders using Canada post, most International standard mail outside of Canada and US will not have a tracking number please keep that in mind, international mail with tracking will be more expensive.

• Processing Time: Your order will be sent to the post office within 8-12 days (only applies to ready made products). If your item is made to order, it might take a bit longer up to 1-3 weeks. pre-order items which will take 3-6 weeks to be shipped out.

• Shipping Times: The delivery time depends on your location:
  • • Canada, USA and North America: 7-14 days
    • Europe: 14-24 days
    • Asia: 14-45 days
    • Australia, Oceania: 14-30 days

• Additional Charges** : Please note that I'm not responsible for any additional tax charges such as duty or customs tax that may apply in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
