Refund Policy
- All Sales Final: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, I cannot guarantee a cancellation as your order may already be in process.
Lost and Damaged Packages
- Claims: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, I can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company for compensation.
- Compensation: Please note that compensation from the shipping company may not cover 100% of the item's value. I will help you receive the maximum possible amount.
I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages, incorrect/ incomplete addresses, refusal of package pickup after shipment. If your package is sent back to me due to an incomplete address, I will ship it back out as long as the shipping fee is covered.
